In 2026, we launched a global initiative around five safety commitments. Together, they help us reinforce a shared approach to safety across our global branches.
Crafted after an extensive three-year review of potential growth areas, the commitments help prevent risks at the source. From physical banners at entrances to posters in breakrooms, these commitments are always visible. Teams like Bau Bang in Vietnam chose to implement our safety commitments through an employee training session. With 100% site participation, the training focused on understanding company safety values, recognizing workplace hazards, and reinforcing individual responsibility for safety.
“Compliance sets the minimum standard – but these commitments empower our teams to speak up, stop unsafe work, and take action before incidents occur,” says Tony Bailey, Director of EHS Operations. “That’s how we move from meeting requirements to owning safety at every level.”
