We recently hosted an engaging event at our Adjustable Bed branch in Juárez, Mexico – 16 team members from different departments brainstormed ways to elevate production!

They proposed innovative ideas for AI integration, involved personnel in ongoing improvement projects, and developed visual management systems and areas to ensure processes are standardized and repeatable. Our team in Juárez has been applying lean principles for a while and is poised to further improve their production system, aiming to consistently deliver exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers.
